We really appreciate your patience during this downtime period and we are happy to inform you from now on we have done many upgrades to provide the service in much secure manner to our valuable customers.

Things to do before access the system
Since this is a web based system, you need to do check several things in your Web browser,
- You need to clear your web browser browsing History including browser cache, saved data.

If above links don’t help, Please search in the internet where you can find many guide lines regarding clearing browser cache.
- If you still have issues in accessing the system, the reason for it might be that we did several changes that require DNS updates. If you still cannot find the system that means your ISP’s DNS server is still not updated with latest changes (Normally this take 48 hours). But if you are in a hurry and need to access eROC ASAP please change your computer DNS settings as below.
Put the DNS as “8.8.8.8”in your computer.
