• For registration of an Unlimited company: Rs 15,000.00
• For registration of a company limited by Guarantee: Rs 30,000.00
• For registration of mortgages, charges and debentures: Rs 7,500.00
• For registration of an annual return: Rs 6,000.00
• The registration of any document required or authorized to be registered or required to be delivered, sent, given or forwarded to filled with, the Registrar-General of Companies, other than the notices and reports required to be delivered to the Registrar-General of Companies by a receiver or manager, an administrator or a liquidator: Rs 2,000.00
• For the approval of a name of a company (Name Request): Rs.2,000.00
• For inspection of a file kept by the Registrar-General of Companies: Rs 1,000.00
• For certification of any document or extract thereof filed with the Registrar-General of Companies: Rs 1,000.00
• For inspecting the register of charges: Rs 1,000.00
• For registration of individuals as Company Secretaries: Rs 5,000.00
• For registration of sole proprietorship/partnership as Company Secretaries: Rs 10,000.00
• For registration of Limited Companies as Company Secretaries: Rs 10,000.00
• For registration of amount to be credited to a bank to defray the expenses of an off-shore company for the purpose of its office in Sri Lanka: US $ 100,000.00
• For registration of an off-shore company: Rs 150,000.00
• For registration of a place of business in Sri Lanka by an Overseas Company: Rs 60,000.00
• For re-registration of a company which was formed as a People’s Company under the Companies Act, No 17 of 1982, under Gamidiriya Company Scheme:  Rs 3,000.00
• For re-registration of any other existing company (other than an Overseas Company): Rs 10,000.00
• Renewal of registration of an Off-shore Company for its continuation: Rs 150,000.00
• For registration of individuals as Auditors: Rs 6,000.00
• For registration of partnership as Auditors: Rs 15,000.00
• Renewal of registration of the registered individual Auditors: Rs 4,000.00
• Renewal of registration of the registered individual professionally business Auditing Institutions: Rs 6,000.00

The Public Contract Act No. 03 of 1987

• Application for Registration as Agent, Sub-agent, Representative or Nominee for or on behalf of a Tenderer: Rs. 2,000.00 (PCA-03 Form)
• Application to register a Public Contract : Rs. 10,000.00 (PCA-02 Form)
• Application for renewal / re-registration of a (PCA-03 Form) Registration : Rs. 2,000.00
• Application for renewal / re-registration of Public Contract (PCA-02 Form): Rs. 10,000.00

Societies (Fees) Regulations

• Registration of Societies : Rs 3,000
• Amendments to the constitution of Societies: Rs 1,500
• For issuing certified copies of Society: Rs 500
• For file an annual return of a Society: Rs 1,000
• The search fee for Society File: is Rs 200
