Extension of Deadline for Submission of Beneficial Ownership Information
The Department of the Registrar of Companies hereby notifies all companies and relevant stakeholders that the deadline for the submission of Beneficial Ownership (BO) information has been extended.
The revised deadline for submission is 21st October 2026.
All companies and entities required to submit Beneficial Ownership details are hereby directed to complete and
submit the required information on or before the aforementioned date.Failure to comply within the extended period may
result in the application of relevant provisions under the applicable laws and regulations.
