Official Receiver’s Unit & Winding up Rules

Official Receiver’s Unit has been established at the Department of the Registrar of Companies based on the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 18/0699/723/016 dated 13.06.2018. Assistant Registrar of Companies has been appointed on acting basis as the Official Receiver under the Section 281 of the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 by the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2091/74 dated 05.10.2018.
