CERTIFIED COPIES ARE ISSUED ONLINE
The Department of the Registrar of Companies has taken a new initiative to expedite the issuance of Certified Copies whilst reaching a 100% paperless office concept.
The applicant would receive an email from DRC upon the approval of the application for Certified Copies.
The said email would contain a document with QR codes and links to verify the requested documents.
The QR codes against all applied Certified copies are included in the said document.
A user could access and view a document by scanning the QR code or clicking on the link.
if necessary, a user is entitled to take printouts of such documents.
When submitting these documents to requesting authorities please submit the verification document received from DRC along with such documents.
verification is valid only for 3 months from the date of approval.
