🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE – INCORPORATION REQUIREMENT
Important Notice – Mandatory Beneficial Ownership Submission for New Company Incorporations
Effective Date: 30th March 2026
Following the incorporation of a new company and payment of the incorporation fees, all companies (eROC Users) are required to log in to the official
BO portal (https://bo.drc.gov.lk) and submit the necessary details relating to:
- Beneficial Ownership
- Authorized Person of the Company
This must be completed by duly submitting Form BO1 and Form BO5.
Please note: Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the incorporation being resubmitted.
