We are currently experiencing a System Slowness issues with the eROC system (https://eroc.drc.gov.lk) since 2025.08.04 – morning. Users have reported significant slowness affecting access to PCA-related forms, tender submissions, and other essential functions.
We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide update as soon as the system is functioning.

The eROC system (https://eroc.drc.gov.lk) is still slowness issue is ongoing. Department is continuing to work on resolving the issue, and we will provide another update as soon as the system is restored.
